About Our Network

In 2015, together with our Detroit based Private Equity Partner, we acquired the Wild Wing Brand. In Canada, Wild Wing is the largest Chicken Wing restaurant chain with over 100 locations and is actively growing. The Wild Wing network was founded in 1999. Since opening, Wild Wing has become known for its great Chicken Wings and variety of 101 mouthwatering flavors. With approximately 25 million Chicken Wings sold each year, Wild Wing has tremendous knowledge in the industry.

With a successful Franchise network in Canada and our U.S Private Equity partner ownership, we made the decision to expand into the United States under the brand Wing Country. While this brand will share many similarities with Wild Wing including the offering of 101 Wing Flavors, we have made a few changes to adapt to the US market. Wing Country will offer two concepts which includes a Quick Casual Dining Concept and a Modern Sports Bar concept. These two concepts will share many of the same menu items.

WING COUNTRY

QUICK CASUAL CONCEPT

This concept will offer a smaller footprint that is between 1,500 and 2,000 square feet which includes a comfortable atmosphere and a sports focused TV package. This menu offering will be a condensed version of our Modern Sports Bar Concept menu which will include three types of Chicken Wings (Bone-In Seasoned, Bone-In Breaded & Boneless), 101 Flavors, Chicken Tenders, Chicken Sandwich, Wing Sliders, Fries (seasoned and loaded), Poutine, Salads, Appetizers and Sides. Our beverage offering will be an assortment of Coca-Cola products and bottled beer. This concept will focus on takeout and delivery but also offer a great dine-in experience for guests.

WING COUNTRY

MODERN SPORTS BAR CONCEPT

This concept will be similar to our Wild Wing Sports Bar in Canada. It will have a modern sports bar look with a full complement of TVs and large bar area covered in sports memorabilia. The menu will include our full offering of Chicken Wings (Bone-In Seasoned, Bone-In Breaded & Boneless), 101 Flavors, Chicken Sandwiches, Ribs, Burgers, Salads, Large selection of Appetizers, extensive listing of Beer and Spirits.

2 Cost to Own Detailed discussion about all the costs involved with owning a Wing Country
3 Find a Location Once you have decided on concept, and understand the costs and duties involved with being a franchisee. Work with Wing Country to find a suitable location.
4 Disclosure Process This is when you work with Wing Country to understand all of you obligations and approximate costs to own a Wing Country.
5 Build Your Wing Country Once you have reviewed the disclosure agreement with your legal council and have decided to move forward and formalize your agreement with Wing Country, it's time to start building your location
6 Opening Your Wing Country Once your Wing Country is built, Wing Country's team will work with you to train your team and prepare you to open your business.
